        Shane was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have a wasp problem and after an initial visit, the wasps lingered and he came out quickly and told me the issue and where it was coming from and worked hard to fix the problem. He also showed me termite damage, but didn’t push anything, just informed me. He finished the visit with spraying the area and also said he would come back next day to check in! Such good customer service and attentiveness to the issue. Thank you Bugs End! -the Flores family Service: Hornets or wasps
