This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. My 76 yr old dad had broken his right elbow at home and had surgery. He needed to go in a rehab center while trying to heal. The nurses are horrible and the CNA's are worse. My dad had to lay in his own urine, because no one would help him use the urinal. He couldn't get out of the bed by himself, I gave him showers when I went to visit, while the CNA watched, she never offered to lend a hand to help. And then this past Saturday, I received a call that he had gotten out of bed, fell on the floor on his left elbow and hit his head on a dresser. First of all how did he get out of the bed with the rails up? I went to see him on Sunday for Father's Day, and he was bruised up but ok. He begged me to bring him home and I should have listened, because that night at 11:30 I received another call saying he was in pain. My dad has a very high pain tolerance and even after having surgery on his right elbow, he never took pain medicine. But now he is in pain?? I told them to send him to Longview Regional Hospital, they couldn't tell me why or what happen to cause the pain. The doctors at Longview Regional told me his right hip was broken and his right elbow was broken again. If you love your relative, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THIS NURSING HOME. And if your relative is in here, then put a camera in their room and watch them closely. It is ashame that this facility is not monitored. They need to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to talk to someone who is responsible for certain employee's about the roommate who have been able to feed themselve, and the employee's feeds him because he actually act like he's sleeping, and call him her boyfriend. There are many more that I think you should be aware of? Also I'm getting sick of it, all the time to get coffee the CNA'S tell me the kitchen staff didn't put coffee on the drinks stand and they won't get me coffee, I'm going get myself a coffeemaker from Walmart!!!!
