AMC Longview 10

The remodeled inside is nice. The constant smell of burnt popcorn covering the lobby is sometimes really dense cloud of smoke is off-putting. The bar option is nice but I have to say when people decide to get trashed and watch a movie it does ruin the experience for others.

So I just went to go see Morbius. Concessions, recliner, sound, everything that involves the theatre directly was terrific! This review kind of just has to do with a process that they really need to fix. So, this group of kids come running in and sit in the front row (keep in mind this theatre is already packed). There are more kids coming in then seats available so something was off. We grabbed the manager on duty and he came in and checked tickets and told those that didn't have them to leave. Very helpful! However, they didn't monitor the doors so the kids just came back in during the movie. They would not stay in their seats, they kept talking, at one point one of them pulls out a vape and starts vaping in the front row of a theatre! I had enough and grab an employee and tell him the situation. They tell me they will take care of it. They come in and basically just do the same thing they did before. That solves nothing really. Everyone else that is being obnoxious and doing illegal things like vaping is still in that theatre. Then to top it all off, when the movie is over, one of the kids pulls out an airsoft gun and starts to shoot his friends not caring if he accidentally hits anyone else in the theatre. Thank goodness he didn't... I really appreciate this theatre and what it has to offer for our community, but come on. We have to have a better process for stuff like this. It's just not right for us to pay money for a movie just to have distractions the whole time that are not taken care of. Just please fix. That's all I ask. Thank you!
