Good Shepherd Northpark Medical Plaza

Been here an hour and a half and haven't even been seen by a doctor. I came in with back pain at about an 3:30 . Now it's gotten so bad I have a major headache and sick to my stomach. The only reason I came here is because I was told they have the best ortho here . Now I know I should have gone to hospitality er. They are the worst hospital hands down and actually DO NOT CARE about their patient. April the PA there should have her license pulled. She 100 % lied on my report and I am very upset about it. I'm hoping Christus will make this right or I guess I will have to go another route

My daughter and grand daughter went last night. Both have a positive covid. They've been sick for a week. Dehydrated, low grade fever, congestion and extreme fatigue and weakness, as well as nausea. They were given fluids and zofran. Nothing else, no other prescriptions. Nothing. This is unacceptable. The Dr was rude and tried numerous times to give the vaccine. Yet didnt offer any meds for the congestion. How is that proper care for a patient???

They sent me to Christus with suspicion of intermittent ovary torsion, I thought I was gonna have surgery once I got to the main hospital if they redid the ultrasound or decided on ct to check again because I was told they had to, and the OB didnt even check me again. Gaslit me and sent me home with opiates. Or tried to. I refused. She spoke with my GI dr and the dr even said it doesnt sound gastro related AT all? And thats saying a lot, because I have superior mesentric artery syndrome. I know the difference between pain in my pelvis and pain in my literal stomach that digests food& my intestines. So to be gaslit about my pelvic pain and discharged without testing at that location, and send me homehere I am at home. STILL. IN. PAIN. Im turning 25 next week. I am forced to book an app with a gym I at wellness point for an emergency visit to get to the bottom of it, because of what happened. It even took me forever to get diagnosed with SMA syndrome, because north park gaslit me for over a year. So this isnt the first time Ive had issues. Even when I have insurance I get gaslit and treated like nothing is wrong. My labs even said low potassium, low sodium, bacteria in urine, and the stuff that means you have a uti they only took blood and urine from me, most of my labs were flagged & the dr even lied and said labs were normal. Red blood count high, platelet count incredibly low
