They don't listen, I went here the other night and told the check in lady all my symptoms and she decided to put a symptom on there I did not even say I had. So when I went back to see the doctor I told them that I wasn't having that symptom and he barely checked me for anything he looked at my throat and that was it he didn't listen to my chest or anything even though I said I was having chest pains. It came back that I had the flu and the only thing he prescribed to me was some cough medicine and something for my stomach which I did not need bc that wasn't bothering me and he was only giving me 2 days off work. Now as a doctor he should know better it takes a week to get over the flu at the least amount of time

I've been here for 2 hours waiting to get catscan, the PA never stop by once to see me or to let me know,if I'm getting a scan or anything,everybody coming in the doctor checking them out but not me once,iI came today to make sure that I don't have an concussion

Clean office, kind staff. Just know that they do not administer birth control at the OB/GYN office because the Christus health system is affiliated with the Catholic Church.

They took such good care of my 2 month old son! I had taken him to Regional ER because he had a fever, cough, and was throwing up. Regional sent us home, but our pediatricians office recommend we take him back to the ER and try NorthPark. They were so calm, kind, and thorough. They did all of the testing on him , gave him an antibiotic, and did everything as quick and painlessly as possible. There were separate rooms for everyone and everything seemed very clean. They even dimmed the lights so he could nap while we were waiting on results. If my babies ever need to come back to the ER this is where I will be taking them!
