One of the best Doctors in East Texas! She truly cares for her patients and listens and gets down to the problem so she can fix it! Every time Ive seen the dr I have left feeling better knowing that my issue was fixed. Would recommend Dr Thompson to anyone.

I recently tried to schedule an appointment and they refused to see me. I have a credit with there office and I have good ins. I haven't been to them in a while due to covid restrictions and dieing spouse. No reason given they just refuse to see a patient they have been treating for at least 20 years. The office staff has always been horrible but I trusted the PA and Dr. Shen. Just really don't get it!!

So far my experience with this place has not been good. When I set an appointment for a day they completely moved it without my knowledge and called to verify the wrong day. When I spoke with a front desk agent by the name of Jessica she lacked empathy and completely said it was wrong the info I wrote down. I had an referral for this place but its seems like I cant even get in the door to even get my issue checked out. Disappointed
