I am completely appalled with this company. They did not provide the upgrade I paid for at the time of the party. In addition to this they allowed members from another party to continually enter ours upon which time a young girls shoes were taken. No one that worked there got up to try and locate the shoes. Nor were any calls made (at the time we were there) to the previous party host. A person attending my sons party had to leave to go buy this poor girl some shoes. At the end of the party we were rushed out with cupcakes in hand because we had utilized our time attempting to fix this problem and they needed the room. I was told to leave proof of purchase for the shoes and I would be reimbursed. They later had someone return the shoes and are now telling me it isn't their responsibility to reimburse me this purchase. They now expect me to drive an hour one way to get the shoes and proof of purchase and attempt to return shoes that have now been worn and will not be able to be returned. I explain what a huge issue this all was and was informed there is nothing more they can do. In my opinion the 400 dollars I spent was a waste and the irresponsible behavior of this company is disgusting.
