        I've been living here going on 4 years now. Maintenance won't fix anything but make they do. Management don't care. I don't like is how much rent is going up to renew my lease since I'm a long time resident.

        We love living here its quiet. And when we ask them to fix or repair anything in our apartment they do it that day or the next and very quickly. The maintenance is very friendly and so are the ladies in the office. We heard this was one of best apartment communities in Longview and they were correct. If you are looking for a place look no further I promise you will be satisfied.
