Fowl N Out

Called in order & was told 20 minutes. Show up 20 minutes later and now I’m still setting here 30 min after arrival … waiting for order. If I had not already pre-paid over phone I would be walking out.

Took my teenage boys to lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was made fresh and the flavors were amazing. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!!

So I stepped right through the door and smelled no wings which is weird since it’s a wing place!! I walked up to the counter and ordered the TV with the sauces went out so I didn’t know their selection!! I asked the lady what the sauces were and she said Snot rocket and Vomit and then I ran out of the building because I felt attacked!!!! Overall I love this place so much it means a lot to me that they have such good customer service!!!…NOT this is absolutely no BWW this is the most calm boring wing place I’ve been too I actually felt uncomfortable eating here

Right, so I am speaking specifically on the single experience my family had eating here. Burgers are great! Fries and Boneless wings, excellent! The sweet chili wings are probably the best tasting food I’ve ever put in my mouth. The coleslaw probably isn’t worth it, but that’s all ok. However, the reason this review isn’t 5 stars (which the food absolutely deserves). Is the service. I want it know that most all restaurants don’t make it standard practice to inform customers that they “Don’t really want to be there.” And that they are, “Just trying to close and get home.” Having worked foodservice for the majority of my working career, I understand fatigue in a post Covid world. To go orders with very little customer interaction, but the attitude from whoever was working the register at the Arlington location was unacceptable. Great food. Alright prices. Needs work on customer service.
