The guy that came out and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond. He was right on time and just as pleasant and respectful as can be. He had my furnace working within hours of him arriving., and that is With him having to drive all the way to humble, Texas to get the part. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family. I just wish my home warranty would have covered it, but that is nothing on their fault.

I Have been a contracted customer with "Your Air" since you took over from Pheasant Valley, whom I was with since 2006, I have a issue with my A/C, I called to get a technician out to fix it, (simple fix) to be told that I cannot get anyone to look at my system until next week???? What am I paying my club care membership for, to be told to look for another company? This is extremely poor business sense.
