Castle Hills Motors

My kid bought a car there that they inspected it without mufflers and sent fraudulent inspection information to the State Of Texas, then took months to get tags, and now she went to get it inspected a year later and it will not pass because there are no mufflers on the car at all. This business committed Inspection Fraud pursuant the Texas Transportation Code SEC 548.6035 Fraudulent Emissions inspection of motor vehicles. Due to this the contract is null and void and we are taking Castle Hills Motors to court. After a quick search these people are horrible and Ryan Weiss is the owner living in The Colony at 2001 Joyous Cir, The Colony, TX 75056. All listed numbers are disconnected but justice will be served.

Bought a used car from them they never gave me a title or got my license plate or inspection sticker that I paid for they ended closing and did not let me know now I have to run around and get papers to get it myself

Had my car shipped from Texas to Ohio. Car arrived timely, had a few minor issues, including a warranty repair. Wasn't too upset because I knew there had to be a few issues for the price. What is really troubling is that I bought the car in August. Tomorrow is December and I still have not received my title. Myself and my Credit Union have been getting the run around for the last several months. Until they get their act together I would be wary of this dealership.

Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and dont add this to the list of considerations when purchasing a vehicle. Bought a vehicle here. The dealership owed us work and more. Took over six weeks to "resolve". We had to keep calling. They took zero initiative and were rude when we did connect. Do not go here.
