Claimed to have tested our alternator before forcing us to buy a new battery. Turns out he didn't. $350 for a battery and now that the car has issues again HE'S GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! Apparently he got arrested. Serves him right.

Went in with a flat tire and a bent wheel. The quote was dead on, and the completion time was dead on. I think this is a first for any car repair I have ever encountered.

I took my car for a repair that was covered under my Drivetime extended warranty. The service was quick and my car was fixed without any issues. I've been pleased with their work so far and had the part replaced around 4 months ago. Because of the work I encountered, I'd take my other car for any repairs that it may need as well as any warranted repairs I may need in the future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I only took my car here because they have a contract with drivetime. This last time was the icing on the cake. My AC compressor went out. I took it to Bob's (because I have to) and I paid my $250 copay for a new one. They said they replaced it, but they DID NOT! My AC never worked after i got it "fixed". I took it back and they said it was the computer and i needed to pay another $250. HELL NO! STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY from them. they are liars, cheaters and scamers! I am filing a dispute. and I WILL have my car fixed or my money back!

I have been taking my car and truck to Bobs for service,repair,and tires. I have been going there for 5 or 6 years. Excellent service and quality work. Wouldn't think of going any where else.
