I had a wonderful experience at Residence Inn Lewisville! Jordan and Marshall, the receptionists, were sincerely nice and helpful with my Amazon packages, which were waiting for me with a lovely handwritten note. The breakfast options, especially the protein choices, were impressive. Monica went above and beyond by preparing individual omelets, a first for me even in higher-starred hotels. As a Titanium Elite member of Marriott's rewards program for 9 years, and having traveled extensively for work, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
Rooms: Very good conditions. Great for the value!

The room was old. The shower leaked around the handles. Carpets were old and worn. Stains on sofa. The kitchen was servicable and clean.
