        Internet was installed on the 3-4 weeks ago, was promised that internet cable would be buried. Of course it did not happen and I called within a week, and representative assured that there is a case open and it would be done. Called again, apparently there is NO CASE and now I have to wait 3-4 weeks again. Technicians and staffs are very nice but there is no good standard of protocol/procedures with this company.

        DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GET INTERNET FROM THESE PEOPLE. CONSTANTLY RAISING RATES AND ADDING ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR BILL. MY BILL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $50 A MONTH AND I'M NOW CURRENTLY PAYING $95.
