Jennifer did my scan and explained everything she was doing throughout the whole process. She was very friendly but professional. She was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She showed me the 3D images of my teeth and suggested that I take pictures so I would have before and after pictures to see the changes. I didn’t even think of that! After she was done she had Sabrina come in to double check the images because a second set of eyes will often see flaws that the first might miss. Happy to say everything was great! Sabrina explained , or rather more like reiterated , how everything works and ways to pay and timelines. She also answered new questions that I thought of. Sabrina was also very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable there and I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Went to Smile Direct located at Sola Salon Studios in Lewisville. It was such a fantastic experience. I fully expected to find out some information and continue to research whether I would move forward. However, after speaking with Elsa, who was highly educated on on the product and program, I was convinced this was the right decision. The visit was informative, I had time for inquiries, but it was still a very quick and efficient appointment. Staff was really great! So much better than the expectation I had in my mind! I can't wait to get my aligners :D

Good experience inside. HOWEVER if your aligners do not fit. You're in for a nightmare. I ordered my aligners in late October. I received them late and my aligners did not fit. I requested a refund because the first set didn't fit (I did have to try the first two sets due to a request from their customer service.) It is January 24th, 2020 and over 3 months have passed. I paid $1795 plus $18 shipping to send it back. They are so disorganized and it honestly seems like a scam at this point. I'm down $1800+ and lost hours of my time trying to deal with customer service... etc.!

Jennifer was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I'm excited for my aligners to arrive to start this journey.
