        Called ahead since I was driving down from Denton and needed some eps beadboard in a hurry. They said no sales person was available but just come on down and they could sell it to me. Got there and they had none. The communication failure was blamed on the fact that sales staff were in a meeting. I'm pretty sure the people answering the phones are smart enough to be trained on the inventory software - - at least enough to do a simple lookup to save a customer a trip. Not happy.
