Kral Bros. Hail Valet - Auto Hail Repair

They offered great service but after payment the service was the worst. They left oily hand prints inside my car that they said was dust but after trying to clean them it never came out. I had to return my car to get my hood redone they offered a rental and still have not paid it now it has gone to a collection agency which may effect my credit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very obtrusive gentleman. Said they work for the insurance company, which would be a conflict of interest. Sent me an email saying , if I dont use them they will charge me up to 15% off with the damages are among other fees. If you worked for the insurance company, dont you get paid to assess the vehicle? Not impressed.

I would leave one star if I could. They wont do anything they promise you then ignore you once they are done

I used to work for this company. They were making me promise the customers we would find a local shop, and would make me take the cars to flower mound. Sometimes wed work in Sherman, grandbury, dfw area, or in kingsland. I represented this company better then they appear. The techs are good, however they struggle with conventional repairs, which means they have to send the car to someone else, which makes the process much longer. They also get direct deposits from elephant after writing an estimate, so unless youre an elephant customer during hail season, I wouldnt go with this shop. They are a first responding catastrophe team with elephant. They will put your car on the back burner, or in a sense, push your car to the back of the line. I went over and beyond for this company, and they left my deals waiting because they werent elephant customers.Id give 0 stars if I could for lying to customers at the door but I can only give 1 star minimum

I was referred to Hail Valet by a friend of mine. We were hit hard with hail last year and Hail valet did not disappoint us at all! If you ever are in need of hail repair on your vehicle and you live in the Dallas metroplex area, Hail Valet is the best place around trust me. Ask for Glenn, he was very nice and professional, he worked with my wife and I from start to finish. He even came out to the house twice once to take pictures of the truck to make the assessment and the second time to drop off the free rental that they gave us so my wife could get to work and back. He did a great job helping us through the process even with talking directly to the insurance company so my wife and I really didnt have to do anything. He took care of it all. Her truck looks amazing! We are very pleased with the outcome of her SUV. It came out perfect you cant even tell that there was hail damage to it at all. Its like its brand new again! Thank you Glenn for taking care of us and thank you to the guys that did the work there at Hail Valet! You guys rock! You will always be my go to place or hail damage in the future! Daniel Cerrato
