        Come in to change some PTA small bills to big bills. After the transaction, the rude teller said next time the money will have to deposit into my personal account and withdraw out. Done that more than 20 times at Chase bank, and never have problem with changing small bill to big bill. I been banking with Capital one for more than 20 years. What a rude way to treat a royal customer.

        Called about a promotional rate of 2.5% business savings account today 6-20-19. I got an email from Capital One about this promotion. They were clueless about how to open the account at the branch. A waste of time. Seems they have trouble managing Brick and Mortar locations. They were not helpful only to say "sorry - we don't know anything about it".
