We dropped off our truck 8 days ago to get worked on (sensor harness). It has been the worst service experience ever. Not sure if it's just us or anyone else who has experienced this but they fail to communicate within a timely manner. We had to repeatedly call numerous attempts to get an update. No organization whatsoever. Take your vehicle elsewhere to get your work done. This is NOT the place

I recently purchased a new 2022 F-250 and absolutely love it! I shopped around at a ton of dealers and was given the run around and all sorts of shady sales tactics. I went to Sam Pack in Lewisville and worked with a sales rep Chris Johnson. He was amazing to work with I got the truck that I wanted for the price I wanted and a fair deal on my trade in.
