    Metro...you know we thought it was a great company sounded great first couple of days were great. As an installer was promised to have work and this wonderful "flat rate" story....right. So their corporate office in Atlanta, GA has no control over this TEXAS division payroll. With documents in hand Christie in payroll (TEXAS OFFICE) has denied ever taking money out of checks. Thinking because they had a "CORPORATE" office an outcry was made to them. To which they had confirmed they had received SEVERAL complaints about the TEXAS location shorting payroll checks, including a former employee who FLEW UP TO THE ATLANTA GA CORPORATE OFFICE. Their excuse as to not finding any "findings" was that the TEXAS office would not release the payroll files and they would rather "talk about it" over the phone on 3 way with the TEXAS office....Something funny there but that's is why there is a Texas Payday Law, whom if you are reading this and were a past employee or current employee this is what you would need to do to ensure you get ALL your money. Make copies of ALL YOUR WORK ORDERS! It is not against their policies or the law! Cover your....you know. Then match it up with each paycheck. Keep all documents because if like us you get the run around all you have to do is google TEXAS PAYDAY LAW and turn it in to the state. arguing with this office about YOUR HARD 9-10 HOURS IN A ATTIC DAYS and what not after work is not something I'm sure you would want to do. Good luck! AND AS FAR AS THEIR REPLY BELOW WILL SHOW THE TYPE OF ATTITUDE AND RESPONSE YOU WILL RECEIVE. BECAUSE WE HAD THE PAPERWORK TO BACK WHAT WAS GOING ON. SO LETS NOT TRY TO PUT IT BACK ON MY RELATIONSHIP WHEN IT WAS IN BLACK AND WHITE. LETS NOT FORGET ABOUT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE OR THE GUY WHO WENT ALL THE WAY TO CORPORATE IN GEORGIA.

    I would recommend Metro Environmental Services to my family and friends without hesitation. They are very professional and considerer, replacing the whole system it is not joke. it will take a lot of time an effort on their part and we are greatly appreciated for what they did. Thanks for you time and now I can enjoy my A/C again and hopefully lower bills.

    Wow!!!! Clark was amazing, he explained the problems of my A/C unit perfectly. As someone who does not know how exactly the A/C works, I feel like I can explain this to anyone! Clark was very professional, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

    I hired Metro environmental Services last year in August to put a brand new AC upstairs and downstairs. Today when I was putting new AC filters, I found tons of fiberglass insulation stuck inside the ducts coming all the way to the bed rooms. This is not what I paid $35,000 to this company. This is an extreme example of carelessness, this company does not even realize that so much fiberglass insulation stuck up in the intake ducts is going to eventually end up inside the AC and going to damage the AC. And this has happened to all the bedrooms where new ducts were installed. How careless their staff could be. Quality-of-service is low grade. If you are hiring this company be careful because their staff is careless and they will want to rush you through the installation.
