customer service was excellent! we did not plan well for the freeze and they were out to our place within 2.5hrs. the gentleman who came was so kind and friendly. will 100% be working with them again.

They advertise 24/7 service but hey are not open 24 not open Sundays at all.

I visited here two days ago. Winter storming was coming. So, I had to refill my 20 lb propane tank. When I arrived this store, the host was about to leave. But he stopped to help me. Therefore, he was able to accept credit card too. I would like to recommend and appreciate it so much.

These people are HEROES! Last night (Sat. Dec.30 at 6pm), I came home to find the heat wasnt working and the inside of my house was 59. I have little kids, so I scrambled to find a propane place still open on New Years Eve, and suddenly I saw these awesome reviews and called HOPING someone would answer. Thankfully, Stephanie answered the emergency hotline and the wheels were put in motion to get our tank filled the next morning. Its now 10:30AM on Sunday morning and the heat is coming back on and I am SO GRATEFUL! If not for these wonderful people who truly take care of their customers we would have had to wait until Tuesday to have heat and fuel to cook. Thank you, Propane Plus!!!
