        This builder advertised things they never built such as a dog park and stocking the pond for fishing, and did not disclose everything they should have before closing. THERE IS A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT RIGHT BEHIND HERE. You can literally throw a rock and hit it. It smells horrible. If you are considering buying a home from them, don't. They are horrible.
