I've been doing CrossFit for 3+ years and Leander Fit is a breath of fresh air. They take the best of resistance training via HIIT, combined with engaged coaching, and multiply it by the power of group exercise. The facility is top end as well. Brand new high quality equipment. Showers! Heat and AC! A big and bold space. Excellent ownership, great and knowledgeable coaches, high quality and well maintained with a wide variety of equipment, and a fun supportive atmosphere. There is no perfect gym, but Leander Fit is shooting for the stars!!

Just to be transparent, I know the owner/coach of Leander FIT. Hes super passionate about coaching and helping people achieve their desired level of fitness. Hes also a hoot to be around so you can count on having a good time while youre getting those workouts in. Last but not least, he takes pride in his equipment, so you wont have to worry about working out with old gear thats broken and falling apart. Give Leander FIT a try. Youll improve your level of fitness and have a great time doing it!
