We were at odds with Star Furniture with our 1 year old leather sectional as one one the arms started to peel it protective coating. We found out that the sectional was manufactured in China and they have since gone out business but we had purchased the extended the extended warranty for $329.99 and found out this was not covering nothing and at purchase the sales lady thought it would be covered. She could not belief it was not covered. We bought the sectional on sale for total of 3636.09. Star finally agreed to replace it with another one and we would have to pay extra costs over what we paid. The problem was the purchase we made had a unique size and reviewing there stock that there's was larger and would not fit in our space. I was talking to Mike Verizzi at 5 Star Upholstery and said he cold repair the seat cushion as it was getting flat and he recommended Steve Bugg with Fibrenew. I made an appointment with Steve and we checked the arm out with the peeling (3x2 inch area) and looked at the back cushion. Steve said he could repair the cushion as it was not removable from the sofa but had a zipper. I agreed to the work and price as he had to order the cushion material. He returned 8/12/2020 and repaired the sectional arm to good as new. I was very impressed with his work. The finished product was outstanding. He went on to repair the back cushion and the sectional was as good looking as the day we bought it. I would recommend Steve to anyone who needed repairs on their leather sofa's. We are glad we don't have to find another sectional. Great job Steve.

Called Steve he came out in less than an hour and had our ripped booth fixed in under an hour. He was extremely nice and upfront about recommendations and pricing. Highly recommend his services.
