        Over the last 6 weeks I have called on almost a daily basis. After purchasing a property that used Norex for the WPI certificate that was never issued, I contacted Norex to complete the process. I have been told over and over someone would call me back but have not received even one phone call. The last phone call I made I was told the file is on the engineer's desk. That was two weeks ago. No one will tell me what I need to do to move forward or when someone might be able to give me ANY information. Meanwhile my choice is to not have windstorm insurance or start over with another engineer. Very disappointed. I love using local businesses and singing their praises, but this has been a headache with no real solution.
