        I called and they were very rude. The first thing they told me that they charge $145 an hour and more to fix the problem, not knowing what the problem is

        Overall I give them good ratings. Prefection in life and in plumbing are non-existant. However, the service folks they send out are at least pretty good to good.On a second call-out to fix a waterleak, the techs overtighened a pvc fitting. The fix lasted for a day, started leaking again. Ended up contacting another plumbing firm.
