Suds Deluxe Car Wash and Lube

Highway Robbery. I’ve heard of highway robbery but never experienced it, until today. My boys mother mentioned her car was was at the lube place getting a power steering pump replaced. For almost $700. This set off every alarm in my system. So I drive up there to see three lube mechanics wrestling under the hood with parts laying everywhere. The manager Terrance then tried to tell me it cost this much because they were using factory OEM parts from Toyota. Not true at all. The pump was rebuilt from China. It cost $100 from the parts store. They said the belts were $90 each. They cost $7.99 each at the parts store. Etc Etc Etc. I could write paragraphs about this horrible encounter with these crooks but just look at the pictures, especially the bill. Then ask yourself if it’s a good idea to go to Suds lube and wash for anything.

I have used Suds Deluxe in Lakeway consistently for car washes and have always been pleased with their quality of work. Recently I had questions regarding my mirrors after a car wash. I contacted Juan H who was professional, friendly and concerned. I then worked with Johan who had researched and resolved the issue. In addition I received a free car wash before leaving. Both Juan H and Johan are concerned about their customers, professional and friendly. I recommend Suds Deluxe for all your car wash needs. Their customer service is exceptional! Very impressed with the customer service we receive weekly from Melek. She goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her customers. And always with a smile! We look forward to seeing her on Sundays!
