I took my Desktop Computer to Office Depot in Lake Worth, TX. Asked them to clean it up for me. They did. When I found I could not get online with it, I took it back. That is when I met Steve. I found Steve to be very impressive. He looked at my computer asked me a few questions, showed me what I needed & explained why. He even took the time to install it on my computer and even updated EVERYTHING!!! It needed a considerable amount of updates. LOL!
To say Steve was Awesome! Would be an understatement! Thank You Steve, you are the Greatest! I am posting this from my desktop.

I specifically said "No Shrink" on some copies being made. The file also had No Shrink as part of it's name for setup purposes. They shrank it anyway. It wasn't noticeable until it was time to trim it, long after I got home. Due tomorrow, unpleasant situation. Will be returning for a refund and taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Terrible service, management with an attitude and they can't even keep track of what inventory they have.

Great Service and affordable price in book binding and printing...but they didnt answer my call though
