BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My son played 1 year of football...We ordered over 300.00 worth of merchandise between his father and myself. I have never received one piece of our merchandise. It has been FOUR YEARS. I called once a month for TWO YEARS, and every few months for the next two years. Mike blamed the mishap on staff that previously worked there.... but then he kept promising to call me back about my order or a refund...and I have NEVER received a call back. Every time I speak to someone they blame someone else yet my issue is never resolved. Incidentally, Tricoast did pics for our little league and all of the order were messed up and not fulfilled. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

If there was a way to put no stars I would. I have never written a review about anything ,but I want every family to know not to buy from this company. First the baseball pictures were amazing because anything with my little boy I am going to love so that is not the issue. The problem is that they don't fulfill there orders. I ordered two plagues when my son was in baseball. One from his first year and another for his second and all I received was a standard portrait package. I am very disappointed. My husband and I have both called them numerous times over the last six or so months since and they always assure us that they forgot about it and it will be in within 3weeks. Never have heard from them once. Do NOT use this company very poor organization.

Ordered a phone case with my son's football picture on it and it did not arrive with my picture package. However, there was a note saying it would come in to their office separately and I would be called when it came in. I never got a phone call from them. I called their office about a month later to ask about the phone case and was told it was still on back order and again, they would call me. I confirmed that they had my correct phone number. After waiting another month or so, I politely emailed the company thanking them for my beautiful pictures and asked to cancel my phone case order because I had waited so long. I received a response from Mike, one of the owners, apologizing for the staff not giving the messages left for them. He then offered a refund and asked if a check was okay. I wrote back immediately accepting his offer for a check to be mailed to me. Two months went by and never received a check or a response to my last email. It has now been 4 months and I have emailed again and have not received any reply or phone case! I am disappointed with the leagues for using this company!!!
