I came to the Jeff Gilbert Law Office in a crisis. It was a crisis within a crisis, so I appreciated the fact that I was heard and seen by Jeff and Jamie, and that they were fair with me. An attorney once told me that a good paralegal makes all the difference, and as far as I can see that holds true. Jamie handled my case with the utmost care and compassion, and she made it much easier to get through a tough situation. Suzanna came onto my case with experience from working different areas of the legal system in Florida--and she was able to use that perspective to help get the best possible outcome under the circumstances. Very knowledgeable in estate planning. We had our wills and other end of life documents written. The staff and Mr. Gilbert took their time to ensure we understood the documents and process for end of life decisions. They made this important issue as easy as could be.
