Pinnacle Detailing

I contacted the owner and after many unsuccessful attempts to get him to return my call, I tried to ask if he could come earlier before my daughters birthday to do the interior. Understanding his schedule is tight, hi asked if there was anyway to do a mini interior vacuum. He offered to send an assistant, which would’ve been fine. By the time he called letting me know his assistant would come I had already made evening plans. This appeared to offend him and he said he felt uncomfortable with the transaction and canceled my appointment. Upfront, I shared with him my concerns from friends that the owner has a habit of canceling last minute and he assured me he would be on time on our schedule date. I’m not sure what part of confirming an appointment, or saying that I now don’t have time for an interior many clean would make someone uncomfortable, but this behavior falls in line with the things I have been hearing in my neighborhood. I would absolutely not recommend using this service.

We have a dog, young kids, and are constantly taking the car to a construction site so the fact that it looks brand new again blew my mind. We will definitely be using this company again!

Pinnacle was so good to work with. They had great communication and answered all questions. They arrived a few minutes late but texted to let me know. But the important thing is how they transformed my car. It is 13 years old and my baby. It’s like new! So happy and great value!
