I came to the this branch and made the cash deposit of $2500. Teller Jessica Lawrence was missed count the money and she enter only $500 into my account. 3 days later I came back the manager name Shek Turay saying he can't credit back the money because I didn't check the receipt before I leave, he didn't credit me back because I came back 3 days later. This bank is stealing and fraud. I lost $2K. This smell fishy. I report them to BBB. I am not recommend to everyone to put money into this bank, better transfer money to other bank.

I spoke with a rep named Jessica, she was rude and short. She asked for my social which I thought was strange, when I asked my regular teller she told me she was only suppose to ask for my social with transactions over a certain amount which my transaction did not meet. Don’t know what she needed with my personal information. Avoid this teller or bank all together, they basically are doing whatever they want
