I used Robert S. Sobel in February 2014 for custody battle case. I was treated fairly no rude comments or anything. In fact the staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok. I left their office feeling confident that I would win the case. And guess what, ...I did! :) And all that matters now is my family is happy and my son gets to spend time with both his parents who love him very much. Thank you Robert S. Sobel your the best!

Do not use this law office unless you want to feel like a second class citizen. Robert Sobel's wife is hands down the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Someone with such a bad attitude is detrimental to running a good business. It is not appropriate to laugh and whisper about clients when they come in just because they got the day of the week mixed up, which is what happened to a family member of mine. I don't think that is very professional...she is not a child and should know better. She should be ashamed for treating someone going through a messy divorce with such disrespect.

I am so deeply and truly thankful to Rob Sobel for representing me in the most important matter of my life, a family law case, Rob fought so valiantly to stop a corrupt and malicious prosecution, tabloid-level lies, false charges(all of which were subsequently dismissed), rushes to judgement, constitutional violations, and an insidious, unbelievable machine that tried to dismantle my family and scatter my children to the wind. A bold stand and heart-wrenching district court arguments stopped a nearly year-long total refusal of visitation and contact by a corrupt and abusive agency. In a dramatic week-long trial worthy of a movie, Rob brilliantly led our team to a jubilant victory and the joyous reunification of my family, with not a dry eye in the court room. When the courtroom erupts in cheers, the judge wants to give you a hug, and the jury wants to meet you afterwards, you have to know it was a VERY HUGE win. It has been 2 years since Rob Sobel saved us, rescued my children and restored my family. The course of nearly a dozen lives was righted, and the measure of that may never truly be reckoned.
