I originally hauled my motorcycle in because it had an electrical issue. I explained that I'd replaced the battery, but it still wasn't starting. When I measured the battery later, it was drained, so I thought there was a drain/short in the system somewhere. After a couple of weeks, and extensive repairs (the fuel system had to be flushed because it had been sitting for almost a year), they called me to say that it was ready. I arrived and they explained that they'd put a new battery in. I was concerned, but they said that the quality of the battery was much better than the O'Reiley battery I'd put on. I rode it around and took it home, happy. However, when I got on a few days later for a weekend ride, it wouldn't even turn over. While I was mad, I was deploying in a few days, so I resolved to address it when I returned. When I got back, I again trailered my bike, and spent about 10 minutes explaining everything to the desk attendant, that there had to be a drain somewhere. Again, I picked up the bike in about 1 1/2 weeks. I arrived about 10 minutes before they closed, and they brought it out at full throttle. The attendant said it should be ready to idle down in a few minutes. I sat on it for about 15 minutes, but every time I lowered the throttle, it would start sputtering. I decided to ride it down the side street to see if that would "get the juices flowing." I couldn't even get it out of second gear, and it started sputtering. Luckily, there were still some workers in the parking lot and I was able to leave my bike and call a ride. About a week later, they called and explained that the bike had been on it's side (?) and it affected the fuel filter. When I arrived, I asked to speak to the mechanic. I told him this was, in effect, my third time picking up the bike, and I had concerns. He tried to say that bikes need to be started about once a week or the battery would die! I told him I'd lived in Wyoming, which got a BIT colder than Texas, and only started my bike once a month in the winter (it was garaged). I asked if he could PLEASE investigate for a drain (the attendant hand't passed on the concerns to him) and he agreed. They called a few days later saying that the bike was good-to-go. It wasn't sputtering this time, and I took it out for over an hour. Then I filled it up with premium gas, and parked it. When I got on a few days later, it again was dead. They failed to diagnose the initial problem despite several opportunities. Each time, I had to trailer my bike there. And the second time I went to pick it up, I almost got stranded. I will never take a step into that building, for bike maintenance or to purchase a new bike. BIG thumbs down for this place. Don't trust them with your bike.
