food came out fast but i will say they were sloppy assembling the sandwiches. fries were fresh. lines were long though even with 2 lanes. we actually got passed up 2 times because they closed the lane behind us and never notified the drive thru cashier that there was still 1 car left in the lane.

If I could give no stars I would. This McDonald's is the closest one to my house but the one in the city with the worst customer service. They never get my order right, they're rude and get sassy with you, I ordered a large drink and the cup was literally half full with no ice, I never get a straw or napkins, and the little short Hispanic manager doesn't need to manage anything but her IQ because she does not know how to resolve customer conflict situations. The person in the Drive-Thru handing out the food had the orders all mixed up then while she was checking the order, she had a mask on her face but her nose and mouth wasn't covered and her nose ended up in my bag. At this point I will be filing a complaint with the BBB in addition to leaving this review. DONT GO THERE!!!
