You comments are absolutely false, which shows you took my money and never took the time to understand my complaint! You should be a shame! You required payment in full why would I expect any services before paying you in full. You took my money not one call and even asked me to stop calling your office because I wanted to be informed at all times. After a year you sent me a 20 page memo and most of the information appeared copied and pasted from someone else’s case. I trusted you and you did not even show me the respect to understand the situation. You need to understand when Veterans come to you they’re in dire need of you giving them the best service you can provide, haven’t we been through enough!

I recently used Mr. Jordan's services and could not be happier with the result. My case started all the way back in February of 2020 and we just finished in April 2021 due to multiple unforeseen circumstances. I was in the U.S. Air Force for 7 years, got out as a Staff Sergeant, and served all 7 years in California. I was charged with several counts of wrongful use of controlled substance and false official statement. My general court martial had changed dates multiple times but after much paperwork, we finally settled on a Chapter 4 (administrative discharge in lieu of court martial). If you can afford to hire Mr. Jordan, I would suggest you do so. If you're contemplating yes or no, I would do so sooner rather than later. Thank again Mr. Jordan, Patti, and the rest of the team.
