Had an easy experience, trading in my old truck and buying a new Santa Cruz. Radames helped us out and was literally running around taking care of. Very happy with Killeen Hyundai and will be back in the future!

Came in for an oil change was told I had an oil leak Truck only has 14,000 miles on it. Whatever ok but then 5 days turns into 6 and they dont give you a loaner etc.. Well picked it up yesterday morning come out this morning to head to work to find a pool of oil under my truck (never had this issue before even though they said oil was leaking)!!! So now Im pissed because your a service department that is supposed to fix the issue but noooo you make it worse??? They are rude when I come in. I dont care if Im upset and have an attitude Im allowed to be upset when the problem is worse and definitely not fixed!!! I will never come back here again once I have my truck back and if it still leaks I will be filing a claim with Texas better business bureau and contacting my attorney as Im not the only one having issues with there Santa Cruz from this dealership!!!

Thomas Farmer was our salesman. He was awesome and so very helpful. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was patient and not pushy. Great personality. Skip (manager) was very nice as well. They both took the time to answer all of our questions.
