Website/account is not accurate. Reps seem helpful but nothing gets resolved. Unexplained adjustments in the meter. So, the cost per unit used varies from bill to bill likely indicating manipulation.

A rip-off. Them and the city of Houston water department can go straight to hell! When I’m done with my real review they definitely will have to shut down shop!

Overcharged for energy.usage I did not use. For half a month's usage my electricity skyrocketed compared to last month when I used even less of the electricity. It's the over cost of the utility was ridiculous despite the fact that I lived very frugal and used the bare minimum. Do not go with this company, you'll do better with somone elae.

This company is a middle man slumlords use to trick renters into paying for higher priced utilities. If you have an issue with this company you do have rights. The Texas Utilities Commission is who you need to reach out to if you feel like conservice is up to their shady ways again. Read your lease carefully under the utilities sections, if it is not mandated on your lease to go through your landlord for utilities you have no obligation to use conservice. USE YOUR RESOURCES: most municipalities have free legal clinics for renters rights, reach out to them. That is what they are there for, to help protect you from predatory companies.

Your company extorts money from renters and provides nothing but being a useless middle man who's only purpose is to exist and make a profit from a redundant service the utilities already provide...
