      image Att quoted me a $830 trade in value for my phone. Said I can bring it in anytime within the next 30 days of my purchase. I bring it in and I was told the max they could do was $350 on trade in. The only excuse from the manager was the guy who quoted you was new. Im sorry, but if you have people working in your store, trade them correctly before they quote you a price that has a $500 difference. This is unacceptable.
