Hill Country Hearing

I am new to wearing hearing aids. I really struggled with the first two weeks. I just couldn't get the sounds I wanted and did not like the ones I could hear. I have tried a few more time but really did not like them. I wish I would have called. I thought it was just my own inability to adjust. I reacently came back an with a few adjustments I have been very happy. I still get the occasional slam or crack but it is nothing like before. If you are unhappy I urge you to to call. It has made a world of difference for me. Thank you Dr Hedrick for taking the time and helping me adjust to my hearing aids.

super service both from Barbara,audiologist, and Amanda for paperwork details and scheduling. I went to both the Boerne office and new Kerrville locations for hearing tests and adjustments. I had hearing aids that were 10 years old and was amazed at the sound quality of new brands. Hill Country offers a fair refund policy should the hearing aids not work for a given individual. Highly recommended!
