        I went to NTB because they were close to home, had an ad for Oil change for $21 (plus an online coupon for $20 off), and to tell me why my check engine light came on. The check engine light was a warning that I needed a new battery. The estimate they tried to get me to pay? $1,163.19! First of all, the oil change WITH the $20 off promo came to $95.08! And I went to Advanced Auto Parts and replaced my battery for $149 TOTAL. I don't know what constitutes fraud in the legal sense, but NTB should be shut down for trying to rip me off for $,163.19 for an oil change and a check engine light (which was simply need a new battery)
