Solid Rock Foundation Repair

I bought an older home a few months ago only to discover it had foundation problems that were not disclosed nor did inspectors catch, it's on pier and beam , so after doing research I called Solid Rock Foundation repair and sales rep George came out looked at it, wasn't as bad as I was expecting, said just needed some new piers and leveled along with some vents for moisture. I was ready to hire on the spot, but he suggested I get other bids to compare. Has two other companies come out one was cheaper, but lack of reviews one bad one good, didn't want to chance it, the other was talking about all this other work that needed to be done that neither other company mentioned, so I went with Solid Rock Foundation. They crew couldn't have been nicer once they got under the house they found a rotted support beam, I called George and he talked with the owners and we split the price for the beam which was cheaper than I expected. Guys came back out next day got me all fixed up with very little-damage. (the house was remodeled when I bought it) one crack above spare room door which had been repaired previously, and a small crack beside spare room closet. Very relieved that was all and floors feel so much better. I would recommend Solid Rock Foundation to anyone.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, quality foundation repair. Great work by Ruben & Manuel's team. They are extremely efficient and professional. Ruben made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. Expectations were set from the beginning, which I appreciate. I dont write many reviews, but these guys are awesome. Mason (he does the bidding) is a great guy that is so patient and really knows his stuff. I asked so many questions and he we super helpful. Ruben (hes the one leading the digging and lifting) is just as great. He is very thoughtful and explains what they are doing in a simple way. I asked him a million questions and he was great with them all. Ive sent their name to multiple friends and everyone of them have said the same as me. I did have to have some piers warrantied out and they we great. Super quick to respond and came out and did the work quickly. No hassle, no fighting with the company, just great work at a great price. Stellar company that Ill use again (hopefully I wont have to). Service: Cracks, settlement, & leaks
