Dealing with this company last year when my children were in Kennedale schools was a disaster. No one would return emails or voicemails, so I had to call repeatedly. When I did, they were incredibly rude and would never give you all the information you requested (bus number and pick up time). They were ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
This year, Kennedale started using another company and they received inaccurate records from Durham so my child wasn't picked up for school yesterday. He had to wait IN THE RAIN for the bus that never came. Thanks Durham (NOT!!!).
I am sooo glad Kennedale dropped Durham. If I could leave zero stars, I would because they are that bad.
