Watch out for price gauging. Told $500 to replace a 9''x9'' vent hole. It literally just needs a square of sheetrock (cost less than $10) and some compound with perhaps 2 hours of labor. Will be replacing my entire roof soon as well but now I know who not to go to.

Working with Allstate Roofing to have our roof replaced has been an absolute pleasure. Chris and Kirk are very knowledgeable and take time to explain the entire process to you. Since we dealt with insurance, they walked us through every step and made the process extremely easy. The crew was very efficient and professional and our new roof looks amazing.
