        The ladies at the reception are very rude and mocking, my three children are patients at this clinic and I definitely do not recommend it and I have already started to change clinics, Dr. Kuan is super good but they should remove all the people from the office

        I don't give them 0 stars because it doesn't give me the option. A few months ago we moved from Miami to Houston with our 6-month-old baby and finally, when we thought we had found a good doctor for our baby, I found this terrible care, lack of empathy and professionalism from the doctors and this clinic, which is worse. that the doctors should report themselves and take away all types of licenses. It is not fair to have to deal with these types of bad people with our little ones, these clinics are sad because the only thing they think about is stealing money from our insurance. I am going to go wherever I have to go to report them, shameless thieves, bad people that they are. My name is Ivette Flores and my daughter's name is Ma Moreno. Let them know very well who I am.

        Dr. Batista has been my kids' pediatrician for about 7 years. She was amazing, and very thorough. Ever since covid, sick appointments are non-existent unless you want to wait a week or more. I was just called and told about appts tmrw that they cannot take my 3 siblings the same day for well child visits. Max of 2 siblings "because it takes too long" despite them each having their own appt time. It's a shame, but I now need to find a new pcp because I'm done with being referred to urgent care when they are sick and now they "don't have time" for 3 appts that have been scheduled for weeks.
