Painter Bros of Katy Painting Company

Called this company to get a quote for services at my home. When I first called I was sent to VM and was unsure if anyone would actually call me back. They called me a few hours later in the day only to tell me that someone else would call me for a quote after I provided a brief description of my needs. I asked the lady how long that may take, and she indicated that I would get a call back same day. Well its been over 24hrs and I have yet to get that call call back to schedule a visit or a quote. If you waist my time, I guess its only fair I take some time to call it out.

Absolutely amazing service!! Ive been in this industry long enough to know who cares about money and who cares about customer service. I used Painter bros to get my entire Indian restaurant painted. The process was super smooth. Lucas who manages Painter Bros scheduled an appointment with me OFF restaurant hours which is not common but much appreciated and had his workers complete the project the next week. What I thought would take me couple months to get the new look and feel of the restaurant these guys made it happen in a week which saved me thousands of dollars on the business stand point. I highly recommended them. Coming from a guy who owns multiple businesses and have worked with hundreds of companies! Thank you!

Our experience with Painter Bros was seamless! The painting crew was very professional and we want to give a special thanks to Antonio and Lucas for delivering outstanding customer services. They were very involved with the entire project, visiting our home multiple times to ensure execution and delivery were as promised. We were very picky with this project because we were moving to this new home and we had a deadline to move out of our old place, so finishing up the project on time was crucial.
