We had a great experience in Mattress Firm. The mattress we bought is excepcional, the support from Juan during the sale process was incredible and the delivery just as schedule. I will greatly recommend this place for your next mattress. I almost forget, the pillows are great too.

Just bought a brand new mattress yesterday from Juan! He made sure that we walked out with the bed of our dreams while staying within our budget. The process was quick and easy! The best part is that the delivery date was only two days away. Overall, great experience!

Today, Black Friday, is the busiest shopping day and yet we had a great customer service experience with Juan, the store manager. We were shopping for a pillow top mattress as a donation for a woman who had lost everything in Hurricane Harvey. Juan was so kind and helped us find the perfect mattress within our limited budget which wasn't easy since we had been to a major competitor right before coming here and they did not even try. Mattress Firm and Juan demonstrated the 'Houston Strong' spirit and the kindness shown at this time of need has earned our loyalty.
