Initially I spoke with a girl named Nancy. She sent me emails, texts by phone and we spoke on the phone numerous times. She finally signed us up with Bristol and send me emails with information on the insurance company. In November 2019 our insurance coverage ended with Bristol claiming “there was no payment made”. Clearly there was If our account was charged $210! I tried contacting Nancy and she initially replied to my texts and said she would call me the next day, which she did. She got my info and never contacted me again. After numerous attempts to contact Nancy I finally contacted Donavan. After “investigating” he finally got back to me saying there was never a Nancy working there and that there was no payment made. SOMEONE TOOK OUR MONEY AND I WILL FIND OUT WHO DID!!! Also, we previously had insurance through Donovans office and could never get ahold of them or anyone from our insurance when we needed to. If I could give 0 stars I would... It’s now March & I found out I’ve been sent to credit for “nonpayment”!? Again, our account was charged. Oh, and all of a sudden Nancy does work there and claims she was on emergency leave! Yet Donovan claims there was never a Nancy working there. You’ll be hearing from us again...

Great customer service, but they didn't cover what I need it, (50+ feet high trees), but gave me lots of information
