Delivery system is organized but the towers of empty pallets stacked up outside make it very difficult to maneuver into the docks. Then you got the yard dogs hurrying you up like if they're super truckers, get off your toy and get in a real truck.

Impossible to reach any store by phone. No one ever picks up. If you want to call corporate, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes on hold. Another company going out of business?

Ordered some things advertised guarantee delivery by Dec 23. Package has not arrived and no updated tracking information. Tried reaching out by chat to see what could be done and Shamika D just beat around the bush. Did not answer any of my questions and took forever to respond. She even just sent a . at one point maybe just to seem like she was still on the chat. Horrible customer service via chat.
