I have work for this company on and off for about four or five years they are disorganized dysfunctional mismanaged underpaid overworked and don't care about your vehicle just a parts that need to be delivered for XL parts the last time that I worked for him which was almost a year ago now I wanted a few days off and the guy that is just under the Dallas fort Worth regional manager texted me the rest of Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday all day now as long as I've been working for this company I had never once asked for a vacation time or anything and all I asked for was two days off would not go back to work for them for nothing under $13 an hourthey don't care about your vehicles they don't care about their employees and you can work there forever and you're still not going to get over 1050 an hour

Marileydis Rodriguez works for this place and deliver parts for XL parts goes and try to flirt with every busses owner, then when everything doesn’t turn out the way she planned she keeps stalking them. I spoke to the manager and probably he is sleeping with her too. That’s why he won’t do anything.
